The seven-bedroom Noa Estate isn’t a residence; it’s a complete experience. An old factory located under the Pyrgos Castle has been restored after meticulous study. The end result is in complete harmony with its striking surroundings yet has its own powerful allure. For the minimal loft-style design, polished cement worked in old-fashioned style and modern, eco-friendly, luxury materials were used; the quiet indulgence is palpable. The dreamy outdoor area includes a bar, pool terraces, a counter-current pool and a jacuzzi, while the factory still lives in the design, with a piece of machinery becoming a modern sculpture.
