The main house is a two storey neoclassical residence with tiled roofs, large colored windows and unadorned façade, characteristic of the traditional Spetsiote architecture. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and a dining area, as well as a double ensuite bedroom on the ground level, while most of the accommodation is taken up on the first floor sharing three more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two independent guest houses allow space for larger groups offering three additional sleeping quarters. Displaying a vintage 90’s décor, the interior is one of “old school”, furnished with expensive pieces, adding warmth and charm by a relic from the past. The outdoor spaces face the water, allowing its soothing sights and sounds to enhance guests’ summer experience. A great garden and a stunning L-shaped swimming pool are supplemented by pergola covered terraces; special places for repose to enjoy shore breezes and be captivated by the endless azure and turquoise palette of sky and sea.
