Situated at the picturesque village of Vathi, Queen sits amidst a vast plot of land, surrounded by a charming olive grove. True to the cosmopolitan, sophisticated character of Sifnos, the owners wanted to build a house that would be rooted in the local architectural vocabulary with a bit of relaxed, easygoing chic, without becoming an exaggerated palace. Acutely sensitive to the charms of the local architecture, they created a high-density construct that maintains the island's look while allowing for private and generously sized living and outdoor spaces behind the walls. This eight-bedroom brand new holiday villa is a perfect example of the stunning effects resulting from a fusion of natural assets, vernacular architecture and contemporary inspiration. The outdoor areas feature a large swimming pool and generous shaded lounge with dining spaces, all surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The interior aims to infuse a simple and chic quality, a contemporary twist on traditional design. The love and attention the owners put in the creation of this private heaven emerges in much of the property detailing, giving it the welcoming feeling of a loving home. All living spaces are large and luminous, painted in uniform white. In this way, the sometimes riotously colored paintings and artifacts assume greater prominence. The decoration features bold lines and silhouettes, while at the same time reaching for a cosmopolitan air and remaining open to an infusion of color. The carefully contrived changes in level create a real indoor-outdoor environment, one space flowing into another. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty of toys and playground equipment scattered around the premises. Also, an old house has been maintained and transformed into a children's playroom. The villa is comprised of 3 separate buildings offering a wide variety of choices:
Building A
Upper level: 1 master en suite bedroom
Ground floor: Living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen
Lower level: TV room, gym, hamam, bathroom.
Building B
Level 1: 1 master bedroom en suite, living room and private veranda. 2 private dressing rooms. 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms en-suite with extra sofa-bed.
Lower level: Living room and fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room. Staff bedrooms.
Building C
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms with extra sofa-bed, en suite bathrooms and private entrance.
Lower level: 2 double bedrooms en suite. The two areas are connected.

LOCATION
Vathi Beach. Speed boats or ferry boats daily connect Sifnos to Piraeus. It is a 3-hour ride. by ferry boat from the port of Piraeus, depending on the season you will visit.
By air/sea. Although Sifnos does not have an airport, you can fly to Milos airport and make the crossing to Sifnos by ferry boat or a private boat we will arrange for you. Heli transfer. Another option is to fly to Sifnos directly by helicopter we will arrange for you. It will only take 20 minutes from Athens.
